What types of products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of products for dancers, including custom clothing, shoes, accessories and equipment. Our collection is designed to highlight the values of dance and enhance the unique identity of each dancer.
What are the delivery times ?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered. Typically, orders ship within 5-10 business days. Orders outside of Europe may take longer.
What are the shipping fees ?
Delivery costs are calculated as a flat rate depending on the country of delivery.
- For France : 5€ flat rate
- For European Union countries :7€ flat rate
- For other countries and world : 13€ flat rate
The delivery flat rate is apply once per order regardless of the number of products ordered. Fees will be calculated and displayed before your order is validated.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return or exchange a product within 30 days of receipt, provided it is in new condition and in its original packaging. Please see our returns policy for further details.
Do you offer discounts and services for dance professionals?
Yes, we offer several services for dance professionals, including white label partner collection management, a customization service for bulk orders, and partnerships to organize bulk orders. Do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your ideas.
How can I place a bulk order?

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything possible to resolve your problem quickly and efficiently.
- If a defect is found on a product : take a photo of the defect and contact us
- If there is an error on the size or order : contact us immediately so that we can correct the error.
What are your response times?
We are a small team and aim to respond to all requests within a week. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to answer your questions quickly.

Useful information
How do I wash my My Dance clothes?
We recommend washing your dance clothes inside out in the machine at 30° or 40° with similar colors. Use a delicate cycle and avoid using bleach or fabric softener. To dry, choose air drying to preserve the quality of the materials and prints.
How to choose the right size ?
We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. Please review this guide to help you choose the size that is best for you. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us for personalized advice.
How thick are your dance t-shirts?
Our dance t-shirts are made with high quality fabrics, each model offering a different thickness. Lighter t-shirts below 150g/m2 may be slightly transparent.
Thicker t-shirts offer a good compromise between comfort and durability.
Are you going to offer other brands and other products (which are not yet on your site)?
We are always looking for new products and brands to enrich our catalog. If you have any suggestions for products you would like to see on our site, please let us know. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions.
Is it possible to try the products before buying?
Yes, we participate in various dance festivals and events where you can contact us to try our products. Contact us to find out about our events calendar and arrange an appointment to try some products at a festival.
